Moon Yoga practicing moon salutations (Chandra Namaskar) is ideal to calm and close the day. The grounding nature of the moon practice opens and releases the hips and legs while strengthening the side body through a series of lateral movements. A perfect compliment to your regular flow (vinyasa) practice.
Rise & Shine Yoga

This class is based on Vinyasa Yoga, a breath-oriented practice that focuses on movement. The poses (asana) are linked with Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) to build strength, endurance and mental focus. All levels are welcome.
Refresh and Release

Refresh and Release is an energizing practice that opens and awakens the body, and mind, in preparation for the day. With an Ayurvedic joint-release series, myofascial release and a variety of familiar asana and pranayama, this practice will help maintain joint mobility, relieve muscular stiffness and leave you feeling refreshed so you can greet the day with a smile. An ideal practice for those wanting a moderately paced class.
Commit to Sit
Come in and sit for a while! Each class will offer a new affirmation, intention or mantra to help focus the mind. Meditation is good for you and all who are around you so embrace the opportunity to sit, observe and be. This is a free community class.
Private Sessions, $50/hr
This is a gentle, therapeutic style of Yoga that uses props to support the body and deepen the benefits of the poses. It is soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation.
Pilates (pronounced Pi-LAH-teez) is a form of exercise, developed in the early 1920's by Joseph Pilates. He referred to his method as 'Contrology'. The practice focuses on strengthening of the core postural muscles.
Pilates exercises also teach awareness of breath, spinal flexibility and stability along with efficient, graceful movement.
